Welcome to the virtual home of Original Northwood.
We are a diverse, upscale, and covenant community located in northeast
Baltimore. We are 15 minutes from downtown and the Inner Harbor, and
convenient to the I-695 beltway and I-95 to New York and Washington,
DC.
We invite you to look at our unique neighborhood...a hidden jewel
among Baltimore's best neighborhoods. Single family and townhouses
range from $175,000 to $500,000.
Northwood is an urban echo of a semi-rustic village that is casually
nucleated in a wooded park-like setting. Development began in 1930
during the depression and reflects the vision of repetitive design
themes such as half-timbering and stucco, irregular massing, and the
New England house form with a jetty create a subtly unified totality.
